The Douglas Manor Elderly housing project architectural package included re-roofing, re-cladding the exterior metal panels, new energy efficient windows, upgrading selected apartment units which included ADA compliance. Also refurbishing all of the building common areas. Site, Electrical and Mechanical renovations were also part of the total construction document package.
