The Project consisted of an addition and renovations to the lower and first floor level of the existing Golden Crest Nursing Centre building. This was in order to comply with the American Disabilities Act and also other additional care facilities requirements. The renovations scope was to provide the following: An elevator, activity and support rooms, physical and occupational therapy facilities, dining room area and the Alzheimer care wing. Additionally an exterior courtyard and activity areas was provided.
