The Marriott hotel in Downtown Providence reflects the cultural vitality that distinguishes Providence, RI from other New England cities. First Project Scope: The Renovation of the existing lounge into the Junior Ballroom (the Ocean State Ballroom) which included compliance with the American Disabilities Act. Second Project Scope: The reconstruction of the main entry and Porte Cochere. This included site improvements and parking to the existing building which included compliance to the American Disabilities Act
