The design intent of this structure was to double the existing building size and also act as a small satellite office for the Select-A-Video Corporation. The project was a difficult one partly to the fact that the new building addition was located in two states and three towns. As a architectural design standpoint the easy approach would have been to design a typical commercial masonry box. However we strongly believe that for every building there is a great design solution without compromising aesthetics. The final design and subsequent construction proved it, while still a simple form was implemented an elegant structure was constructed with financial frugality.
