We staff each project with a single Team lead by the principal of the firm who own responsibility for the execution of the project from design concept through construction administration. We believe that this system produces a uniform project, with final construction accurately depicting our original design intent. Our quality documents that are thoroughly detailed, well coordinated, accurate, follow-up construction services, and close collaboration with all team members are the basis for this distinction. Constructible; Our nuts-and-bolts common sense project approach ensures that our designs are truly buildable. Since the beginning of TLA 85%-90% of our projects have been built with literally no change orders, something the entire staff strives for and is extremely proud of.

Ask that our Architects work toward fulfilling registration requirements and maintain their license.
Provide in-house continuing education seminars.
Encourage continuing education.
Encourage employees to attend technical seminars pertaining to all facets of our industry.
Invite suppliers to our office to demonstrate the latest construction materials and devices.
Conduct weekly meetings with teams to share information.
